We understand the installation of timber windows and doors has to be carried out with care and attention to detail. All our installers are experienced in working with timber and one of our directors is present on every window and door installation we carry out.

When installing, we are very careful and respectful of your home. We use floor/carpet-protecting film throughout all of the areas where our products are to be installed and we use clean, good quality dust sheets to protect your home from any dust and debris.

Inevitably dust will be created when removing the old window frames and we are very careful to keep this to a minimum.  After installation, we will thoroughly clean the area where we have been working.  If you are lucky you may even see one of our installers (or Directors) operating a vacuum cleaner! For which we have been fully trained!

Apart from the nice new windows and doors, you wouldn’t know we’d been.

Being FENSA registered means that we have been vetted and have met eligibility criteria.

• We are regularly assessed by inspectors to ensure that standards are met and maintained.
• You can incorporate your FENSA certificate in your Home Information Pack.

AS A FENSA REGISTERED INSTALLER WE WILL -

• Provide an agreed written price that will not change during installation
• Provide proper written contracts offering consumer protection for all manner of issues
• Provide an Insurance Backed Warranty for up to ten years if in the unlikely event we cease to trade
• When deposits are taken we will provide an insurance backed warranty to protect you
• We will commit to complying with all laws statutory regulations and Building Regulations in force
• Provide testimonials from other customers if required

We will supply an Insurance Backed Warranty with every installation we carry out

What can it cover?

• Workmanship by Oracle Window Solutions Ltd*
• Materials used by Oracle Window Solutions Ltd*
• Recovery of any deposit payments made to Oracle Window Solutions Ltd*
• Assistance in finding a new IPWFI approved contractor to commence or recommence the project, if Oracle Window Solutions fails to complete
• Any additional cost to the original contract that the replacement contractor may charge*
• All the terms provided to you under the contractors guarantee should they cease to trade upon completion of your project*
• Transfer the policy to any new owner of your property provided the contractors guarantee is also transferable
